# Delivery charge
I deliver worldwide. Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Postage costs are £6.50 only.
For stock items I aim to dispatch your order the day after I receive it. UK customers should allow 7 days for the goods to arrive.
International delivery times vary depending upon the destination.
# Online payment
All transactions are in pounds sterling.
I accept online payment in a secure environment using PayPal, a global and well known third party company. The following payments are accepted Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Discovery, eCheck.

# Return and refund
All items are handmade using vintage products. Customer satisfaction is my priority. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund.
Goods must be returned within 15 days of dispatch. Unfortunately, I cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Please note that I am not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this I cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach me.
# Duty and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
