It is 1/2 term so we are going to Paris for few days… We will go to Bonpoint concept store, Bonton, Oona l’Ourse, have a drink at Le laurier and see David Lynch exhibition at la fondation Cartier… I hope to find some cards, books and t-shirts by Nathalie Lete, I love her quirky illustrations of Paris.
Ce sont mes livres favoris, les peintures ont des couleurs superbes, jaune moutarde, rose, turquoise, enfin un peintre-illustrateur pour enfant! Les histoires font bien rire Antonin car c’est ecrit comme on parle, ca change du vieux francais avec des conjugaisons obsoletes des livres de Papa-Maman. Pour les plus petits , il y a “Mommy…” et “Daddy…”, Peneloppe et les mieux ce sont Gaspard et Lisa et leurs aventures autour du monde…(Par contre en anglais, Gaspard et Lisa c’est moin bien)
Anne Gutman, the designer and writer of the Misadventures of Gaspard and Lisa series, is a children’s book designer. Her husband, Georg Hallensleben, was a painter before becoming a full-time illustrator of books such as Baboon, And If the Moon Could Talk, and Night Worker. The couple lives in Paris with their daughter and too many cats.

The pattern of the fabric is so beautiful, the design and the illustrations are perfect to show the creation of Petit Retro.
These beautiful bags have been designed by a friend in France, Greg, for a shop called Les Appartements de Juju where Alice, his wife works. It is located in Besancon; they sell lots of great designers like Dries Van Noten, Isabel Marant, Martin Margiela, Rick Owens and interiors decoration by Tse-Tse…

Pour la prochaine collection, j’envoie le livre que j’ai decoupe (pour en tirer les titres de chaque pages et les coller delicatement derriere boucles d’oreilles brodees) au Japon. Il servira pour la presentation de mes bijoux dans la boutique H.P France Goldie de Tokyo.
