• 1/4 cup water
• 5/6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

For pastry:

(to cook in the oven 15 min)

• 1 puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten to blend (for glaze)
• Superfine sugar (optional)
